Leslie earned her Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing, a double concentration from the McIntire School of Commerce at University of Virginia. She kicked off her career in mergers and acquisitions at Harris Williams & Co., a Richmond-based investment banking firm she joined as one of the first 15 employees. From selling companies to investing in them, she continued honing her skills as a relationship-builder and creative problem-solver at the venture capital firm Jefferson Capital Partners. Next, Leslie devoted eight years at Circuit City’s headquarters in various roles, including business development, where she co-founded the $250 million Firedog service business. She also co-founded a technology services company, Zigmo, in 2010. Before coming to Unboxed, Leslie provided strategy and growth consulting to fast-growing businesses across the U.S.

Leslie knows how to wear many hats to help businesses reach their goals and keep growing. She listens to her clients so she can take action – whether she’s rolling out a new product or service, creating a brand, deploying training, or getting funding from leadership. At Unboxed, Leslie delivers products that are on time, on budget, and exceed expectations. Leslie puts relationships first, whether she’s talking to clients or spending time with her husband and three young daughters. At home, there’s never a dull moment. Leslie and her family have fun and laugh a lot, whether they’re road-tripping it to the beach, chasing around their new Golden Doodle puppy, or singing the soundtracks to hit Broadway musicals like Hamilton.
